Mail Privacy & Etiquette

  • Privacy First: Your internal email ID is a professional tool. Please avoid sharing it with external platforms or services unless directly related to your role.
  • Clarity: Ensure emails are concise, professional, and have clear subject lines.

Interaction Etiquette

We value each other's time and focus. Following these simple practices helps maintain a productive "flow" state for our team.

Primary Channels

  • Use Microsoft Teams or Google Chat (as per your department) for daily updates and queries.
  • Prefer asynchronous messages for non-urgent matters.

Meeting & Calling Standards

  • Avoid Continuous Calling: If someone is unavailable, please leave a message instead of repeated calls. They will get back to you once they reach a stopping point.
  • Emergency Only: Direct calls should be reserved for urgent, time-sensitive issues that cannot wait for a message response.
