Primary Channels
- Use Microsoft Teams or Google Chat (as per your department) for daily updates and queries.
- Prefer asynchronous messages for non-urgent matters.
Meeting & Calling Standards
- Avoid Continuous Calling: If someone is unavailable, please leave a message instead of repeated calls. They will get back to you once they reach a stopping point.
- Emergency Only: Direct calls should be reserved for urgent, time-sensitive issues that cannot wait for a message response.
