Prohibited Practices

For the safety of our infrastructure, please avoid the following:

• Third-party managers: Do not use Google Password Manager, Microsoft, LastPass, or other external services for company data.
• Unsecured storage: Never store passwords in raw text files (Notepad), sticky notes, or cleartext emails.

Professional Data Storage

We maintain a clear distinction between professional and personal data to ensure compliance and privacy.

• Developers: Use Microsoft ecosystem for all development-related storage and collaboration.
• Non-Technical Teams: (HR, Accounts, Higher Officials) Use Google Workspace for operational requirements.

To protect your privacy and company integrity, please do not store personal data in office drives or share internal email IDs with external parties without prior authorization.
